For peace of mind we offer a comprehensive warranty on our vaping devices and accessories. This means that if your device or accessory develops a fault during the applicable warranty period we will replace or repair it.

 

If you need to claim against the warranty, please contact us and we'll guide you through the process. Below you'll find an overview of what's covered in your warranty:

  • Batteries: Batteries have a finite lifespan. They are supplied with a 180 day warranty.
  • Clearomisers: Clearomisers are sold with a 7 day warranty. They are a consumable item and have a life-expectancy of 1-3 months, depending on use.
  • Replacement Coils: Replacement coils are sold with a Dead-on-Arrival warranty. If they are faulty on receipt, we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving them. Coils are a consumable item and have a life expectancy of 7 to 21 days, depending on use.
  • E-liquids: E-Liquids are sold with a Dead-on-Arrival warranty. If they are faulty/leaking on receipt, we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving them. If you are dissatisfied with your e-liquid flavour, we will in some cases offer to replace it an alternative flavour or credit your account with KNUQO Points.
  • Chargers: All chargers, charging cables, and wall adaptors are supplied with a 12 month warranty.

 

What is not covered by our Warranty

This warranty does not cover any faults resulting from fair wear and tear or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:

  • Negligence by you or a third party.
  • Incorrect use of your product in accordance with the user manual
  • Unauthorised repairs or other modifications.
  • Improper charging of your device (including the use of third party USB chargers and wall adaptors)

 

How to make a claim

If you need to make a claim or you think there is an issue with your device or accessory please contact us. You will be asked to describe the fault in detail and provide your order number/proof of purchase.

If the product is diagnosed as faulty, we will repair or replace the product for you. You may be asked to return the faulty device for investigation. Failure to return the defective device if requested may affect your claim.
